"The website felt confusing to navigate"
I had a hard time using the website because nothing felt easy to find. Maybe it’s just how the layout is organized, but I kept having to click around for way too long before getting anywhere.

I ordered a key from keygeak.com and it didn’t even work. At first I figured, okay, maybe they’ll just replace it and that’ll be the end of it, but... no. I kept getting the same generic replies and had to wait around with no real help. Then I gave up on the replacement and asked for a refund, and somehow that was even more frustrating. No clear answer, just a bunch of back and forth like they were hoping I’d stop replying. after dealing with all that, I’m not buying from them again
"Limited selection, and the site barely cooperated"
I went on keygeak.com hoping to browse a bunch of keyboard options, but there wasn’t much to pick from. A lot of the stuff I was looking for just wasn’t there, and it felt like I kept seeing the same few products over and over. The site also kind of works when it wants to, which made browsing even more annoying. For a keyboard shop, I expected way more variety. I ended up leaving without buying anything...

"It activated eventually, but what a hassle??"
The activation did work in the end, but only after way too much messing around?? Support took a while to get back to me, and the whole thing was just more annoying than it needed to be. i wouldn’t buy from here again.

"Doesn’t feel authentic, and I’d like this made right"
I ordered a keycap set from keygeak.com, but when it arrived, the packaging and little details just didn’t feel quite right to me. I reached out to ask about whether it was authentic, but I never got a clear answer, which was frustrating. At this point, I don’t feel comfortable ordering from them again, and I think some kind of refund, replacement, or compensation would be fair.

"Felt Misled by the Slow Support"
I reached out to keygeak.com support thinking I’d get help quickly, but I ended up waiting way longer than expected. I kept checking back for a clear reply and didn’t really get one in a reasonable time. it made me feel a bit misled because I expected better support than that. Not a great experience, and I probably wouldn’t use them again if I needed fast help.

"License key DIDN'T work"
I tried using the license key, but it came up as invalid. it just wasted my time and was REALLY frustrating
"The discount wasn’t worth it"
At first the prices seemed decent, so I figured I was getting a fair deal. But when I got to checkout, the discount was so small it felt a bit misleading. I usually try to double-check before buying so I don’t overpay, and I wish I had looked around more first. I ended up finding cheaper options afterward, so I’m not too happy with what I paid

"I get that delays can happen..."
I get that delays can happen, but this took way longer than expected and the lack of clear updates made it really frustrating. I think it’s only fair to keep customers informed when an order is running late, especially when they’re waiting around without knowing what’s going on

"Warranty didn’t really help"
I bought a key from KeyGeak and started having issues with it not long after. I figured the warranty would take care of it, but support kept telling me it didn’t qualify. I also expected a faster response, so the whole back-and-forth felt even more frustrating. Maybe there was some fine print I missed, but it wasn’t clear to me at all. If the warranty is important to you, I’d probably think twice.

"Poor communication made me uneasy"
I didn’t have a great experience with KeyGeak, mostly because the communication was bad. The replies I got were vague and confusing, and I kept having to ask the same questions over and over just to get a straight answer.
After a while, it started to make me nervous, like I might be getting fooled or pushed around with unclear answers. It felt like nobody was really reading what I wrote, and something that should’ve been simple turned into a frustrating back-and-forth. I wouldn’t use them again

"Checkout didn’t feel as secure as other sites"
I was ready to buy, but once I got to the payment page, I started second-guessing it. Compared to other sites I usually shop from, this checkout didn’t feel as clear or reassuring. I couldn’t really tell how my card info was being handled, and that made me uncomfortable. It might be totally fine, but I didn’t feel confident enough to enter my details, so I ended up leaving without buying...

Buying a key here was more of a hassle than I expected. I’m particular about a checkout process being clear and straightforward, and this one just wasn’t. The page kept jumping around, the payment took way too long to update, and the confirmation email didn’t really make things any clearer. I ended up double-checking everything myself just to feel sure it went through. Not an experience I’d want to repeat.
